At CooCooCarry, we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to make the return process simple and hassle-free.
Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
• It must be in the original packaging
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at 📧 support@CooCooCarry.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Return Exceptions
We do not accept returns for:
• Gift cards
• Downloadable digital products
• Personalized/custom-made items
• Final sale or clearance items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or offer a return label at no cost to you.
