Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only issued under specific circumstances, such as:
• Items received in damaged or defective condition
• Incorrect items sent by our fulfillment team
• Approved cancellations before shipping
Refunds are not granted for:
• Change of mind after shipping
• Items returned without prior approval
• Non-returnable items (see exclusions)
How Refunds Are Processed
If your refund request is approved:
• The refund will be issued to your original method of payment
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds on the following:
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Final sale or clearance items
• Downloadable digital products
